1. Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our DeliOne warehouse system awaiting product fulfillment. Order usually dispatched in 2-3 working days.
2. Order Packing: Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, the DeliOne team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.
3. Order Shipped: Upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse and handover to the courier, you will receive an email containing tracking numbers. Shipping times may vary based on the destination, with deliveries typically occurring within 10-14 working days.
