Shipping Process

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our DeliOne warehouse system awaiting product fulfillment. Order usually dispatched in 2-3 working days.

2. Order Packing: Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, the DeliOne team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.

3. Order Shipped: Upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse and handover to the courier, you will receive an email containing tracking numbers. Shipping times may vary based on the destination, with deliveries typically occurring within 10-14 working days. For some orders, it may take around a month.

*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on Hong Kong Public Holidays. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather.

We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, and the United States.

United States Shipping Policy:

For orders to the contiguous United States:

  • Orders under US$30: Flat-rate of US$10.
  • Orders between US$30.01 and US$48.99: Flat-rate of US$20.
  • Orders US$49 and over: FREE Shipping.

Important Note: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are excluded from our free shipping offer. Please note that additional shipping fees apply to these locations; if a surcharge is required, our team will contact you via email to process the balance before dispatch.

Other International Shipping (Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom):

  • Orders under US$30: Flat-rate of US$10.
  • Orders between US$30.01 and US$48.99: Flat-rate of US$20.
  • Orders US$49 and over: FREE Shipping.
Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
  • For orders under US$30, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$5.
  • Orders between US$30.01 and US$48.99 will be charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$10.
  • Orders US$49 and over: FREE Shipping.

Hong Kong
Free shipping will be applied for all orders in Hong Kong.
